Backing up or exporting Email settings from Microsoft Outlook 2003
A solution, which Microsoft doesn’t document…
“Microsoft Office Tools” > “Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard”
This will allow you to ’save’ and ‘restore’ all Office settings to and from a file, this includes backing up email account settings. Be careful when importing as this will pickup all your Office settings and overwrite any recent changes.
