I.O.U.S.A. – The end of the US
I project the end of the US social security in 2017.
Why?
Because that’s the year when social security stops running a yearly surplus and starts being a cost to the federal government. When the money men can no longer raid working peoples annual payments, and have to tell all those chumps who paid into the system all those years that they were wasting their time.
The government inflates the money supply to pay its own bills, destroying our savings and making me reliant on government handouts. Then, finally when comes to paying me back on my retirement the state comes up chumps.
Saving is a provision for the future. A nation that doesn’t save has no future.
Per capita, this is much worse for the UK.

Hi Mark,
This morning I was wanting to post the hyperlink to ” The Darkside of Looking Glass” which exposes the Naked Short scam and the Ponzi Fractional Reserve Money System and found that it was “missing” from the Internet. Googling it showed me your site ….. http://blog.zedray.com/2006/11/02/darkside-of-the-looking-glass/ …. but clicking the link provided, delivered nothing.
With the recent Madoff swindle, it would have been very educational to everybody ….. and is probably why it is missing, but I cannot see that stopping the Meltdown of its Hosting System.

[…] And as is always, there are plenty of shenanigans afoot, but Big Business in Dodgy Practices [and boy, does that have some surprising businesses and members] is now running scared of Simply Shared, Greater Knowledge, and that is a Juggernaut/Runaway Freight Train you just cannot stop, even if you were trying and wanted to ……. http://blog.zedray.com/2008/12/09/iousa-%E2%80%93-the-end-of-the-us/#comments […]

Sorry about the broken link - It turned out to be a deep link to another site which was no longer necessary.
This kind of information gets more relevant all the time as the financial system crumbles, although going through your website I realise that I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. Unless you are targeting a very select audience, perhaps you could consider toning down your writing style?
