What is Snowball?
Snowball is a revolutionary platform for delivering location sensitive content (and advertisements) to your mobile - without needing to know your location!
That might sound counterintuitive, but it turns out that 75% of what a Location Based Service does can be done without knowing your location, or the location of what you are looking for.
Any application on your phone can then use this flexible API to post and search for info on your area, supporting an entirely new generation of novel location enabled applications.
